In a world where emotions are either side-lined or completely ignored due to the fast-paced lifestyle, there is one emotion that is seldom taken care of. That emotion that is seeming to become a grave cause of concern for creating many irreversible consequences in a person's life is nowadays a 'quality' or a 'characteristic' that one should possess to align themselves with the new world. When every other emotion or when every other emotionally attached person sees his exit from the next-gen category, this emotion is expected to remain untouched or even over-hyped to reach levels that sever relationships and so on.
Anger, short-temper, or whatever it is called, is the emotion in elaboration here. When you find a person calling himself/herself as being a short-tempered person or when a person is being introduced in a group as a person whose anger is his/her strong-point, today, you will find it as a fashionable trend due to the artificial supremacy it gives to the person. In mankind's many centuries of civilized life, never has been this emotion given so much priority than what it is receiving today. Many do not even know what the antonym is for short-temper. Such is the extent to which this emotion has spiralled out of control. What in most cases ignored is the consequence(s) that this trend brings. The consequences being a future event is never in the thought process with the current generation failing to do anything and everything after forecasting.
In the long run, in a group, there emerges a sub-group that has been victimised and another sub-group that has been dominating with their anger. The former could belong to those who hold supremacy with age or the younger ones who are still in their ignorant blissful life. The latter, however, go on trampling many other emotions, giving no heed to what results it would bring to them and how it would in turn shape their character.
For the former belonging to the ones with supremacy in age, they are least impacted as they would mostly feel, "When he/she matures with age, things will be fine". But, for the rest of them, it is an event of untold trauma, that may influence them to similar behaviour or cause damage to their sub-conscious mind. For the latter, their journey has begun to isolation, when, on one day, all those who were around would begin to leave, dumping them in a state of insecurity and guilt-filled environment.
I am not entirely proud to call myself to have found a place in almost every category mentioned- as the hypocrite, as a victim, as a traumatised person, as the person with supremacy in age; but, i still feel glad to have experienced every phase and yet remaining intact with the help of advance psychology. If my readers are in comfortable phases mentioned above, i would request them to stay there and if any of them feel they are in the uncontrollable phase, try and get out of it before you lose out on your fellow-beings. For those who haven't given a thought about it yet, it is time to think and act wise.
Anger, for any reason should be controlled and conquered, if life is to remain blissful. - rPhoenix...
