My Lady! Bubbles \(^_^)/, What do we call our new found fortune? Can you see how very few words have turned the tables all of a sudden? Every time I come to sing praises about you, you kept denying. But, this period of lull has nullified your attempts and lets me keep adding one after the other. If what you hold in your hand has the eagerness and interest like me, do you know how admiringly it would be looking at you while you are reading this? *Winks*
I feel this is our day to take time to celebrate ourselves. You and me, ourselves and our Love, the pushing and pulling, hiding and seeking, peeping and pondering, wandering and wondering, what not my Lady? It feels like it has been ages since that day and I cannot make out why, I feel I am seeing you as a fully grown Woman than just a girl. It appears to be pretty clear nowadays as to what this is all about.
The heart, you see, might theoretically be obeying the mind. But, the heart is a dangerous customer. It has the knack of taking over the mind when needed. It is of course the way we are supposed to be. Only then can we be grouped under the human category. The mind always battles with the heart. It seeks initial victory but over time, it surrenders to the heart. Time and the heart are true allies. The mind and the circumstances are on the other side. As time tosses circumstances in our way, the heart simply wants what it wants. But, the mind runs here and there, panics all the time and out of anxiety it gives in to the pressure arising out of the circumstances.
We know that the heart squeezes itself to pump the blood. As in, it crushes itself for every beat and it also expands itself to house as much blood as possible to be pumped in the next beat. Thus, the heart knows the ups and downs much better than the mind. The mind is housed inside a comfortable chamber and this noodle cannot even take a slight jerk. Oh, the consequences of brain injury are simply scary. Thus, the mind is said to be often scared of everything. The reason why the heart wins in the end is because of its ability to withstand the ups and downs and still be functional with utmost clarity. While the mind will succumb to fears and run to what might seem to be comfortable but after a point, it will realise and accept what the heart wants or the heart knows how to take over the mind to be human.
Now, all these lessons are taken by the headmaster named Time. There is nothing that time does not control. If you are happy, it took time for you to reach here. If you are sad, then they say your time has not come yet. In the latter, the mind immediately becomes panicky and starts to do its dance. If a person understands the game played by time, Life has no place for stress and tension. At some point or the other, every person would learn this in their span.
I see our experience in a similar way. The way it has unfolded, and I still wait to see what is in store ahead. I mean, we have grown up now. Neither you nor me have that tendency to panic like how we used to do once upon a time and let all hell loose. Today, we are pretty much taking one day at a time, trying our best to figure out than to fret. Of course, we might have not mastered it. But, we have at least reached the next level of understanding.
So, what matters the most is to speak when the time arrives. If we miss that, then Life could be upside down all the way. We need to speak out when we get our time. Holding things back will only result in regret at an earlier or later stage. I hope I have done justice to how the mind, heart and time decide and alter our course of Life. This is clearly showcased even in "The notebook". Bubbles \(^_^)/, promises do not happen by chance or choice. They are here for a reason. To those who value them, definitely miracles will happen. To those who make promises to escape from their class teacher for pinching their classmate, it will definitely be of no use. We hold our promise within. We are built unique.
