Friday! And, it is the day for them to meet. As if by magic, it always happens on a Friday. Both of them were born on a Friday as well. She never believed in such special days. For her, everyday is a good day. He always celebrates Fridays especially if it was for a meet on that day. Hurriedly, they got up, got ready and started to meet each other after a few months break.
Upon greeting each other they sat down to first take quick looks at each other without the other person knowing to secretly admire each other's looks for the day. She has this beautiful attribute where she never expects or asks so openly as to what he had brought for her. In fact, she never expects anything as such. Wow, where do you find such women nowadays?! *Winks*
Although they had not met for quite sometime now, it was always like starting from where they left during the previous meet. She is not of the type who would immediately pounce and catch his collar for something that had gone wrong sometime back. She would politely start uttering few words for which he would be so eagerly waiting. He would always look forward for her to start talking something so that he could sit and keep hearing her talk in her sweet tone.
She, on the other hand would wait until he would stop his nonstop talk and sometimes heave a sigh of relief when he stopped his talk. She used to mock him about how he lacked the ability to control his words when needed. Still, she would never show it in her face. The calmness would never fade in her and that was one of the reasons why he would never learn to stop when needed maybe.
Those few hours they spend together is the time they get to understand each other in spite of few bitter moments that would have happened through several mediums that they use for not being able to socialise freely owing to several restrictions in place. Altogether, they would never discuss much about those and would rather indulge in trying to make the most of the time in hand and create memories to spend the time till their next meet which would be unknown until the previous night of their next meet.
With such restrictions in place, they still manage to keep the relationship strong. In the end, whatever games the mind plays, the heart is what would deal with the emotions. And, with such beautiful hearts in them, they never had any difficulty in handling each other.
And, when the time to start home comes, he would keep requesting her to spend some more time and ask the car to come a little late. She would always tell him the meet's duration but would have secretly arranged to extend it by few more minutes or hours. Upon hearing the extension, he would literally jump with joy for the extra time that she had surprised him with. Deep inside, he would feel a sense of pain for all that she does for him and would question himself about how he would ever be able to equal her in Love.
All in all, their faces light up on meeting each other and spending quality time together with all the smiles, fun, laughter, jokes, pranks, and everything nice and sweet. Both of them always wish that these meets could happen anytime and anywhere without restrictions so that they need not tie themselves down in uncertainty. They hope to meet soon in such fashion and headed home to accomplish the task in hand so that it would not just be on a Friday, but a together forever all day, everyday.
